I've always struggled with my weight, and was relentlessly bullied for it. Started my IF journey during lockdown (end of march here in New Zealand). After keeping track of my calories, and regularly exercising, I've managed to lose 40kg in just 9 months! Never been so happy! ❤😁

Intermittent Fasting has given me my life back.
