Wish I had a solid before photo and exact weight before I began IF, but I really didn’t want to focus on weight. The left photo is about a week into IF and right photo is a little over a month. One month of 16:8 has my energy and confidence up a ton. F, 5’9, 22 y/o. SW: 155ish CW: 137.6 GW: 130?

9 weeks ago (May 22nd) I stood on the scale at my heaviest 164lbs. So decided to IF 16:8, researched and got committed June 18th I began my journey. 152lbs feeling fitter and happier. Thanks for the support from this group.

F/34/5’6” [225lbs > 138lbs] (4 years) been really working out in quarantine and had to buy all new office clothes!

Body dysmorphia has been a lifelong battle so looking in the mirror I still see the person in the other pics, but seeing them together like this really put the progress into perspective. Struggled with my face a lot so thankful any and all face gains I can get πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

26/f 5’5 Two years and change between these pictures, was a little bummed about hitting a plateau again until I saw these before pictures and literally could not believe it was me. I promise you, IF works as long as you are consistent, trust the process, and forgive yourself for lil mistakes.
