The aftermath

I’m not a newbie to fasting. I’ve been consistently fasting for almost a decade now. I initially lost to my goal weight and have been maintaining for years. I love fasting and it’s become a lifestyle now. That being said, I like to do longer fasts a few times a month, usually between 36-48 hours. It goes great, but like clockwork, 20-30 min after eating I am running for the toilet. It doesn’t matter how I break my fast. I’ve tried bone broth, then waiting an hour before something else, still happens. I’ve had some near misses with making it to the bathroom in time. It’s especially awkward when I’m in public. Anyone else? Im not going to stop but I’d love suggestions on how to manage this. Maybe it’s just something I can’t change. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2wWF0Rz https://ift.tt/y7g83OM
