M/25/6’7 [365lbs > 230lbs = 135lbs] 3 years ago today I stepped foot in a gym, for the first time. This has been one of biggest achievement of my life , my only regret is wishing I’d started sooner. Well for now I guess the journey continues.

Ok guys, maybe I’m over staying my welcome but I went to the dr. yesterday and according to her scale I’ve lost 65 pounds since January. My total cholesterol is 114!! My blood pressure is normal. Fasting gave me the ability to recognize what hunger actually is. Don’t mind the jiu jitsu bruises!
