After getting back to bad eating habits and skipping the gym for years, stuck to IF and Keto for 4 weeks lost ~10 pounds, the most lean I’ve ever been in my life (picture after 40 hour fast). I’m self-conscious and have never posted a shirtless picture publicly, so this says a lot. Proud of myself

F/21/5'9" [259lbs > 230lbs = 29lbs] 3 months. Stress ate for years as a coping mechanism. Cut out most junk food and started controlling meal frequency and portion control. It’s been a long road learning to feel comfortable in my own skin. Goal weight is 180lbs, so 50lbs and a lot of toning to go!
