Turned 40 and am in the best physical shape of my life. IF 20:4 I lost 118lbs. Maintained for a long time now. Beat my food addiction. Feels natural to eat at night to me, so that’s what I do. 21km hikes for exercise. Start 256lbs final weight 138lbs. Dramatic life upgrade.
