F/26/5'4" [200>132=68 lbs] It has been a long journey with many lifelong lessons. Now if only my mind can catch up with my progress!

3 months change and 15kgs down! Done all this whole suffering from depression and anxiety and a break up but I’m very happy with my results. Mix of 20:4 and OMAD

Me at my Chonkiest VS Me at My Best

We really do not have to eat as much as we think we do. 40 pounds down in a little over a year. Got some tattoos in the process.

27/5’6”/160. I lost 100 pounds in 2016, gained half back in 2018. Started IF last summer, started at 13:11 and have a comfortable spot at 19:5. Finally have my swagger back.

What a journey!!! The photo on the left was in sept last year and the one on the right was this month. ☺️ You can 100% do this, don’t give up on yourself!!!❤️❤️❤️

F/19/5'1" [185>113=72] 8 months of progress. *CICO only* ?Maybe I should've exercised?

F/25/5’1.5” [236lbs>120lbs=116lbs] goal weight = 110lbs. I logged into an old google drive account and found soooo many pictures from when I was at my heaviest weight. I remember taking the one on the left to hold my self accountable, so so so happy I did. 2016 vs 2019. Insane. 10 more lbs to go!

F/24/5'5" [260lbs>168lbs=92lbs] 11 months. Boyfriend for scale

18:6...SW: 209lbs, May 2019 - CW: 177lbs Nov. 2019. The progress is slow going and there are so many challenging days, but one day you wake up and see results!

My boyfriend made dinner. Chicken salad with sauteed red onions, green onion and shallots, walnuts, avocado, broccoli, Brussels, walnuts, hummus and carrots :) and of course a little bit of sriracha https://ift.tt/2P3zvtf

Taking your advice on Breakfast shakes >> less sugar. Leaning on nutty flavors instead. Carrots, banana, cucumber, apple/pear, broccoli, red cabbage, a lil capsicum, ginger, Organic PB, H2O (ice not pictured). https://ift.tt/2RdcuGZ

F/19/5’11” [175 > 146 = 29 lbs] Face gains! Never really noticed until I gained the confidence to take a selfie!

22/F/5’9” [248lbs -> 180lbs = 68lbs lost] January 2019 to November 2019. Hit a plateau as of recent. Despite the slow progression, I’m taking a moment to admire my current achievement and welcome new muscle definition thanks to increased daily exercise.

F/28/5’5” [297lb > 204lb = 93lb] super nervous about posting.. lost almost half naturally then had WLS to help me continue

M/27/6'4" [275.5lbs > 209lbs = 66.5lbs] (3.5 months) Excuses are always easier to find than solutions! Closing in on that GW.

F/26/5’8” [227 > 175 = 52 pounds lost] Just over 50 pounds down, 10 pounds from first goal weight. Since March 2018, slow but steady. Rock climbing, running, yoga, and recently aerial silks (and, of course, eating less).

I hit a plateau recently and had started losing momentum and hope that if ever hit my goal weight. Im still not there, but putting these photos next to each other helped me get my fire back. It’s subtle but I see such a difference. I’m finally actually smiling because I’m happy.

An evolution. Started IF in July after seeing these first two pictures (and no, I'm not preggo on the far left). Here are some fun facts: 35F 5"7 SW162 (can hardly believe it, but that's ME on the right!) at about 145 and GW143, mostly OMAD.

Coming up on three years of intermittent fasting and not stopping anytime soon! So happy to have found IF!

I used to think happiness on Thanksgiving was stuffing my face, this year it was fasting 23 hours to enjoy 1 hr of feasting. Face gains... started OMAD in September. 29F/5'9/SW:235/CW:190
