It’s been a year since I lost 30lbs and I’ve kept it all off! My biggest fear was gaining it all back but I’ve managed to maintain my current weight!

This picture is my breaking point. My boyfriend was being really sweet and sneakily took this pic of me cooking for him. He posted it with a caption of how his mama was “cookin something hot” but I saw it and cried. I’m excited to buckle down and get this done. SW: 205 GW: 120.
