M/24/6'1 [330 > 240 = 90 pounds] 2 Years. My self esteem is still pretty low I can feel it starting to grow and that feels amazing. And finally being comfortable wearing t-shirts in front of people is pretty cool. This subreddit has kept my motivation going, you guys are awesome!

Top right about 20 years ago left a little over 5 years ago bottom last month. It’s been a long journey I IF 18/6 and I’m now 45 years old. Healthy happy joyous and free.

SW: 251 - Started IF in January, as well as working out at least 5 days a week. My CW is 185 and my GW is 150.

F/24/5’7 [350>286 = 64] Took the picture on the right today, and the picture on the left almost exactly a year ago. Not super duper dramatic progress, but progress nonetheless!

[PROGRESS] 5'11" - SW: 266 - CW: 166 - GW: 166. OMAD all the way with some cheat/splurge days here and there. This isn't the end of my journey though - now I gotta start working out.

M/29/5'8 [300lbs > 270lbs] (almost 3 months) all I did was quit drinking alcohol and energy drinks! (Don't let the gym pic fool you, I havent been there since March)

Started weight loss journey on January 10th, photo on left. I weighed 311 lbs. Photo on right taken May 29th. I weighed 218lbs. I’ve been doing IF since two weeks into the journey. That with diet and exercise has gotten me where I am now.

A little motivation for you. I started this journey March 15 and have very little to no people motivate me. Im not here for that though, I am here to tell you to keep pushing.
