I workout a lot and oats are one of my primary sources for carbs. However, I usually can’t finish it all bc it doesn’t have much taste and it gets dry. Are there any ways to make oatmeal more enjoyable to eat without making it unhealthy? Growing up I would add brown sugar and butter but with my fitness goals I don’t need the extra sugar and butter.
