Longest fast so far

F/20/5’6” [155lbs > 134lbs = 21lbs] (16 months) Finally made it to my goal weight after stalling for a month!

Newbie here. I'm confused about IF. I see a lot of people losing weight. If you are losing weight using IF, did you change your diet (to Keto or Low Carb or something) and then did IF or is all your success simply due to "skipping a meal"?

Has anyone trained their brain to work like you’re on GLP-1 (but you aren’t) are there any tricks to constantly not think about food? Does it get better if you wait it out. I’m on my first month of doing IF and eating small portions, and it’s driving my brain crazy.
