46 days, 7kg down. Advice for next 5 weeks on an IF + cut?

I need help getting back to fasting. It’s been so great for me but I feel like I’ve just lost the motivation now. Can barely do 14 hours as I just want to unwind with dinners after a long day at work. Have any of you fallen off? How did you get back to it?
