Success Story: My panties are too big… 😂

I have been following FFR guidelines for fasting for the past month and have been seeing results little by little. Today, I went to put on a set of underwear that I haven’t worn in a while, and to my surprise both the bra and panties were loose. Since I’m traveling, this actually ends up being a little inconvenient, but I’ll take it over the alternative!
