I hit ONEderland this morning after 12 years 😭. SW: 241 (Sep 2019) CW:199.6. I don't know how to post other pictures of my progress, so this is all I can provide. I do a mix of IF, OMAD (one meal a day), and keto/low carb. Currently on day 2 of 5 on water fast. Thank you all, for the motivation♥
