F/20/5’0 [140lbs > 127lbs = 13lbs] GW 118. To remind myself how far I have come! A year of IF eating what I want, recently began watching my carbs more. Wanting to lose the last 10lbs, trying to incorporate more exercise to tone up. Needing some motivation to stay on track with this quarantine!
