F/27/4'11 [82kg > 62kg = 20kg] April 2020 vs. April 2021. Last year was really rough, but at the same time was an eye opening for me and I finally got the help I wanted for a long time. I never gave up on the desire of losing weight and getting healthy, however the Pandemy was the impulse I needed.

My first progress pic from 8 weeks IF! I don't feel very different, but I think I'm starting to see changes? F31, 5'6", SW: 77kg, CW: 72kg. No GW, just seeing how my body responds. I've always been active and had curves, IF has given me more energy though. But I cheat a lot, anyone else? 😅
