WakeUp : 6:00 AM JoggTime : 6:30 AM to 7:20 AM
Breakfast : 10:00 AM GymTime : 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM
Lunch : 1:30 PM Dinner : 5:00 PM
Sleep : 11:00 PM
Worth Mentioning :
1- 6'1 tall - 90KG
2- I'm high on ocd and can't live without a routine
3- I made this routine myself to lose weight and gain muscles at the same time, my diet is 3 healthy green meals
