This may sound weird, but I am a really lazy cook in the mornings so usually the night before I put oats with some almond milk in a mason jar along with a little honey, blueberries, raspberries, and nuts (sometimes). Then when I wake up in the morning I have a healthy breakfast already ready for me! If I’m feeling extra, I blend some protein powder into the milk before leaving it overnight.
You can also make some scrambled eggs with your oats if you feel like this is not enough.
