So I'm getting back into shape, and have a strict but very healthy eating plan, and today I added up my sugar intake and it's right at 50g, meaning if I deviate from my plan at all, I'll go over. How do you maintain under 50g of sugar per day?
Here's my meal plan if anyone is curious:
Breakfast: smoothie (1% milk, greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen fruit, oatmeal).
Lunch: Brown rice, potatoes, protein (chicken, beans or salmon) 2 cups mixed veggies
Supper: repeat of lunch
Snacks: protein shake after gym, 85% dark chocolate after lunch, and scrambled eggs before bed.
