950 calories vs 370 calories. Eat lots of fiber to cut down on your weight. Try to stay away from starch foods. Eat lots of greens! Through a experiment. A biggie bag from Wendy’s only made me feel full for about 6 hours. The meal that I made made me full for about 15 hours. You can do this!

When COVID struck I was 199 lbs. the first picture was my last day at the gym. I had lost 66 lbs and was not quitting! Started walking outside instead. 138lbs in the same sweater. IF is just normal human eating in my opinion. 20:4 or 18:6 pending my weight. Maintenance for a year no issue.
