Hi all,
I've noticed that over the past few weeks, eating healthy has improved my mental health and general daily life, fat loss is also extremely valuable in life.
I like "healthy" food such as Eggs, Porridge, Meat (various), fruit and Vegetables and don't ever want to go back to eating like crap (almost everyday).
Why do I crave (and fight off) the craving for unhealthy food?
