Is it healthy to do 20:4 hour fasts in the long run?

I am a beginner at IF and I have done three 20:4 fasts in the past three days. I barely get hungry, only in the last two hours. I was wondering how healthy it is to continue doing 20:4 fasts for more days. You advise is greatly appreciated.
