Not losing weight


I just wanted to seek some advice. My weight has remained stable for the past month while I have cleaned up my diet, I exercise 6-7x a week, and I’ve added in IF for 12-20 hrs per day. I’m still nursing an almost 2 year old a couple times a day so maybe it’s hormones or maybe I need to expand the fasting window?
