Anyone's experience building muscle while IF?
Hey all, I recently have literally tried everything in the book front to back. From fad diets to whatever else it may be. Now I have a good weight lifting schedule worked out and im actually....doing it. I'm happy doing it too so ive been very consistent. However, I want to know since I felt my best when i consistently did IF everyday 16:8 if anyone has ever had any issues building muscle doing this or even maybe a little bit longer fasts? I feel if I hit my protein goals for the day of about 100g with powders and whatever else....(did I mentioned I'm a vegetarian working towards being completely plant based? Still easy to hit protein though.) I shouldn't have any issues correct?I just want to stimulate more fat use, while also slowly build muscle over time.
