Fasting and menstrual cycle / perimenopause ?
Hi,Do people in perimenopause or with PMS / PMDD adjust their IF around their cycle?A few years ago i was doing 16:8 quite successfully and I don't remember feeling differently during my cycle. It's the best I've felt I got a new job, moved, new routine etc and i fell off. I'm trying to get back into 16:8 but finding that i feel vastly different, I'm in my forties now and think i may be starting perimenopause.I find that if i go over 12 hours on first few days of my cycle i get really bad cramps and nausea, and throughout my phases there are times when im hugely hungry and find it challenging to stick to 16:8It's quite disappointing because previously 16:8 felt so natural to me and i was making great and healthy food choicesIs there any advice on this available? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/nXcpTvK https://ift.tt/C5TzFkO
