Looking for answers to questions
I need to lose a lot of weight.I had a lot of motivation in 2021 and lost 70 lbs doing Noom and running (didnt hit my goal weight either). Since then I've switched jobs and am working an office job and have gained it all back plus more. I'd like to get to a point to be able to do 36 hr fasts but I'm curious what my expectations should be. -Should I do weekly 24 hr fasts first before attempting a 36 hr, or just start with 36 hrs?-Is once a week the optimal occurance for fasting?-Can you have diet sodas?-When would be the best time to exercise?
