Do well with 20:4 and end up falling off
Hi friends,I (F) started IF back in 2018 and was really successful with it for about 5 months. Got to my lowest weight, although only had about 15 lbs to lose. I was 134lbs doing 20:4.But ever since then, I fell OFF and my weight is so crazy. I am about 190lbs now! I keep going to do 20:4 and I'm successful for about 5 weeks and then fall off and gain more for months before trying again. It's a vicious cycle.I would typically open my window around 10 or 11am til 2 or 3pm daily and usually 2 meals. When I am in the zone/mentality, I feel so good. My skin glows, I look younger, all of the bloat goes. I dont know why I cant keep it up. Like some social event will come up or friends come to stay for a long weekend and I'll struggle to make IF work or to even get back on it afterwards.I'm so devastated by my weight now. I am a small build (underneath the excess weight) so it looks awful on my petite frame! Can anyone relate to falling off/bingeing? Anyone have any tips?
