I'm at the 20 hour mark of my first 24 hour fast ever. I am new to fasting and have been doing 16:8 for the 4 days prior. I'm wondering if I should keep going after 24. I'm not really hungry right now. Not sure if it's too early to go for a 36 hour or 48.
I'm about to hit my first 24 hour fast ever.I feel like it's kind of lame and that I can keep going.I feel like 24 hours might not reap that many benefits, and since I am not super hungry and feel fine, I should maybe go for it.At the same time, not sure if I'm moving a bit quickly as far as fasting goes.I'm not overweight, I am fasting because I'm curious as to it's benefits such as "zapping" old dead cells etc.24 hours seems just a bit easy and I want to get some good benefits, almost like a recharge and thinking about keep going (maybe sleep and then wake up and hit 36 hours).At the same time I'm not sure if it's too early to go for a 36 or 48 since I'm new to this.I'm only drinking water, nothing else.Let me know any feedback, thanks in advance! via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/8Sb01dM https://ift.tt/a8Tt1g3
