Hit a milestone today


Today I weighed myself, and I hit -111lbs. Took a year and a half, but I did it. SW-380, CW-269. I haven’t been weighing myself for awhile, mostly because it caused a lot of stress. I hit a plateau that lasted a few months, and so I was just focusing on how I felt. I knew I was feeling better, but I just got a ton of stress from the thought of looking at the scale and seeing no change. But, plateau over. My goal weight is under 220, so I still have a ways to go, but it feels like a big win. (I tagged it as discussion because I’m not big on taking pictures of myself, but still wanted to share)So don’t give up, you guys can do it. FYI I started at 18:6, moves up to 20:4, started 23:1 with frequent 24-40 hour fasts while dabbling in Keto.
