Please help


Hi! Looking for advice. I 23f am 5’0 currently 131lbs looking to be around 100-115 as that’s what’s healthy for me. I currently walk 10k+ steps daily and do a mix of weightlifting and pilates. I recently had a miscarriage so my hormones and body don’t feel the same & I feel like the weight I gained when I was pregnant is not shedding like how weight has in the past. I’m not sure where to start with intermittent fasting. I especially struggle with getting hungry at night. MFP has set 1200-1400 as my daily caloric intake. Anyone have any advice?
