I must share!

I started IF Feb 2. Started with 5/2. Hoping to train myself to eat less. I did. It know how to really fast and was really just doing calorie reduction (2500 on five days, 500 on two days). It worked well with training myself. I can only eat half as much. But after six weeks I was down 16 lbs and I stalled. So I actually read how to fast. I then started 20/4 and the occasional 16/8. Holy cow! Two weeks later and boom! Down a total of 30 lbs! The best part, I feel like I am a new man. I am 55 and I literally feel better than when I was 40 just before I retired from the Army (except I dont run anymore, that's just dumb lol) Mental clarity is through the roof. Sex drive, through the roof. Energy through the roof. Best part is whenever I go back to my habit of eating fast food it isn't satisfying and actually upsets my stomach. π€·πΌββοΈLet's do this!
