Water fasting

Hey everyone, I've been water fasting on and off and something that is really confusing is how some yt videos say you can consume bone broth, others say salt is fine(I do add salt to myblack coffee) But I really want to do a fast longer than 5 days so I am not really sure what is right and wrongI love how energized and happy I feel when water fasting, idk if that's normal or just me Any help would be appreciated I am basically trying to find out what other things can I use while water fasting other than just water, black coffee and salt or that's all there is via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/HpxdLWE https://ift.tt/YRa1HVf
