F/30/5’4” [163lbs>130lbs= 33lbs lost ] (6 months) eating in a calorie deficit prioritizing protein and fiber, walking at least 6k steps a day, andrecently started lifting, I'm wanting to lose a bit more from my upper thighs, but I'm so close to my ultimate goal!
