I am struggling..Any Advice?

I've been practicing intermittent fasting since June 1st, 2025, after being diagnosed as prediabetic. It's been 39 days now—most of my fasts last 16 hours, though some have been between 12 and 15 hours. My eating window usually falls somewhere between 12–3 PM and 6–9 PM, but it's been inconsistent, and lately, I'm finding it more difficult to maintain. I've lost 3kg, but I feel like I might be gaining some of it back. For lunch, I usually have salads, but they often leave me feeling bloated. Over the past 4 to 6 weeks, I've completely changed my diet, and while I'm proud of that progress, things are getting increasingly challenging.
