IF doesn't work anymore


Hey guys, it's my first post 🙂 i'm 40F and i could use some advices and experiences from you. I first practiced IF 15 years ago, and it worked wonderfully (16:8 and OMAD). I stoped because it became a sensitive subject with my now husband. I really gain weight during those last years (20kg) and tried a lot of time to resume practising IF but, i really had this impression it doesn't work on me now. Like my metabolism is somehow f*cked. I tried long fast, 20:4 but nothing seems to resolve the issue. I try to add a little bit sport too. I must add i was very depressed these 10 last years and I suffer from a severe burn out 2 years ago after my pregnancy.
