PSA!!

Just a friendly reminder to my fellow newbies! Part of the process is making mistakes. Reading and understanding nutrition labels is not easy! If it was, we would have no trouble with our weight.Learning how to be aware of the labels is part of the journey. Make mistakes and learn from them. Acknowledge, change, fix and move past those mistakes. You are not expected to be perfect right away. It takes work and effort. Be honest with yourself through this journey and be accountable.I am saying this because I tend to beat myself up when I fck up! I feel stupid and wonder why bother!?! But I reminded myself that the reason I am overweight is because I am not a conscious eater so I never paid attention to nutrition facts (not much anyways). So now that I am, it is hard to admit to myself that I suck at this right now. But I am willing to pull through the sucky stupid phase to learn and be better.
