Medjool dates are saving my life!

I don’t know if anyone will find this helpful but I have a sweet tooth for sure, and fasting doesn’t do much if I can crush a whole pint of ice cream or a plate of cookies in the last 20 minutes of my window. Dates have been satisfying that end of the window sugar craving but they satisfy me after like 3 or 4 dates. I can eat a huge slice of cake and just crave more cake but a few dates and I’m content and happy.
