1 month update - 2 -3kg weight loss


On 8 September 2025, I made the decision to take my health seriously and to lose the last 10kg of weight that I had gained during my pregnancy. It's been a month now and I have lost 2-3kg (weight fluctuates between 70kg - 69kg). I am incredibly happy about this because I was in a plateau (72kg-74kg) for so long and I didn't think I'd ever go below 72kg! I have been practicing OMAD during the week and 2mad on weekends. I have also consistently exercising 6 days a week for 2 weeks now. My diet is high protein diet (116g-120g) low carb (<50g). I've noticed that when I increased my protein intake, this reduced my cravings for anything sweet.
