IF with an inconsistent eating schedule, is it problematic?


About 2 weeks into this, along with calorie counting on a budget of 1700.The plan is 16:8, eating from 10 AM to 6 PM.The problem is that my eating schedule is not consistent and I almost always have to extend my fast the next dayI do UberEats/Doordash and I can't guarantee that I'll be home before 6 PM if I'm in the middle of a delivery or if I get deliveries that are too good to pass on.For example, today I hit 6 PM and I was at 1,100 calories out of 1700.
