Struggling to get back to IF after the holidays

I have been really struggling to get back to IF since December because I indulged recklessly during the holidays. My birthday was also around the same time so it has been almost a month now and I am still eating a lot of high calorie and nutritionally low food. It was way easier to get back to the rhythm post Thanksgiving but now it feels tough. I usually do 16:8 or 14:10 depending upon my energy levels and I have been doing IF from one year, saw good results so I don't want to waste all my efforts now.
