F/23/5'4 [245 lbs >218 lbs= 27 lbs] (4 and a half months) I have a jawline now! still a long way to my goal but seeing the difference made me really motivated today!

I sometimes get disheartened, but when I look back at where I started from I feel proud 🤗 not at my GW yet, but with IF I've been able to go from 235>182. So for whoever feels bleh during a plateau it's okay, you've made it this far! 🤗

It has been a month, I have not weighed myself not even once, at the beginning of the month I had to lie down to put my jeans on. In one month I can do it standing up, 95% Of my lower back pain have disappeared and I’m able to walk up a flight of stairs Much easier.

M/26/5'11" [341 > 211 = 130] (8.5 months) Didn't realise how big of an accomplishment this was until a nurse asked when I had weight loss surgery. I haven't! Just followed CICO.

F/24/5’3” [165 lbs > 120 lbs = 45 lbs] (1 year) Face gains! Yeah, makeup helps but so does the jawline.

Two years ago at my heaviest, 203 lbs. I was at around 197lbs a few months ago when I decided to start exercising and doing IF. Currently at 156 lbs. Feels good.

Doing 16:8 IF and calorie counting with only a few slip ups. Down from 200 to 185 in 3 weeks! Keeping this up for sure

IF can be sustainable! Lost the weight in 6 months with ADF and maintained the loss for another 6 with 18:6.
