[Support Saturdays & Sundays] Struggling and need to talk? - Saturday, 01 June 2019

No amount of “clean” eating or working out has ever worked for me the way that IF does. 9 lbs down, but it feels like more!

F/21/5’3 [200 > 115 = 85lbs] 3 years after high school & feeling anazing

F/24/5’5” [220lb > 155lb = 65 lb] after posting a face difference the other day I wanted to dig through and find a full body comparison. I was good at hiding in pictures a year and a half ago and the old pic is hard to look at. Just glad I’ve made it this far!

F/35/175cm [120kg >95kg = -25kg or 55lbs] 5 months. Half way toward my goal weight. I have been struggling with motivation lately so I dig old pictures and I was in awe at the comparison. It is nearly hard to believe!!!

Someone asked me for a face to face. It’s hard to believe the first picture is even me. The second picture was 3 days ago. Two years in between. 300 to 165

[Furball Friday] Animal progress pictures! - Friday, 31 May 2019

8lbs down in 3.5 months! Not much weight, but you can tell a huge difference on my 5’3” frame!

M/19/5’11” [250lb > 145lb = 205lb] Thanks to Reddit’s advice, I can enjoy being a healthy teenager again!

F/20/5‘6“ [210>165=45] I forgot how far I’ve come.

Started last June, the results became addicting. A year later and I couldn’t be anymore proud of myself. Here’s to 31 more years

M/24/6’1” [235lbs > 193lbs = 42lbs] Got dumped by my partner of 6 years in January and I was left with zero confidence. Changed my diet and started working out regularly since. Lurking this sub and r/loseit have helped me so much with motivation and will-power!

Getting Started https://ift.tt/eA8V8J

F/18/5’8”[115>145=30 lbs] This isn’t really about weight although I was restrictive at the time, but about accepting my natural appearance. For years I tried to be something I wasn’t. No matter what I did I felt inadequate. I finally feel comfortable with how I actually look.

F/25/5’5” [250>200=50lbs] wore a two piece for the first time in 7 years ❤️ regaining my confidence:)

F/30/5'2" [200lbs>135lbs=65lbs] I moved to the states shortly after the before picture was taken. I was there for 2 years and am home visiting for the first time. Noone in my family noticed a difference or mentioned my loss AT ALL! I'm still proud though!

I've been fasting for three years and oddly enough didn't know this sub existed. This is what 20/4 and three days a week in the gym did for me (pic from last year). I'm in the middle of this year's summer cut so will post again at the end!

M/32/5'11" [98lbs > 150lbs = 52lbs] (2 years) Eating food may still not be fun, but gaining weight and banishing a mental block sure is. Adios, anorexia!

I guess this is why progress pictures are important. First time posting anything like this, ANYWHERE. Feeling proud. 😁

M/23/6"[235>167=68](8 months) Not gonna lie, I almost cried when I saw these pictures side by side.

M/35/5’11” [357lbs (161kg) > 193lbs (87.7kg) = 164lbs (74.3kg] (17 months). Changing my life, getting over mental issues, trying to find a relationship now, not everything is resolved by health, mentality is its own beast.

Have been doing some changes in my life these past 6 months and it’s paid off! Before (Dec. 2018) and after (today). SW: 260 CW: 220 GW: 200 (for now)
