F/34/5’5” [242 lbs > 194 lbs] losing inches not pounds

F/23/5'5" [160 >133 = 27lbs] and still losing! 2 summers apart, a world of shifted mindsets, healthier mechanisms, and developed accountability and self-discipline.

Starting weight: 165(left). CW: 150(right). I have been still eating what I want but eating in a window from around 2-8. Being aware of eating smaller portions and only eating until I’m not overly full has helped a lot. Still not at my goal weight, but will get there with time!!

F/25/5’6 [327.6>266.6=61 lbs] Started my journey in January 2019 and have been feeling better everyday! There is still quite a bit to go but it has been amazing to see and feel how far I’ve come.

6’1” SW: 298lbs. CW: 225lbs. (-73lbs. so far) GW: 170lbs. It’s been a year. Mostly OMAD with some 16/8 and 24–48hr thrown in. Achieved amidst mental health issues. Every day is a fresh start!

M/32/6'0" [300.2 lbs > 222.1 lbs = 78.1 lbs] (3 months) Face gains! Yo-yo'd for years. Had a real wake up call in May. Holding myself accountable. Alternate cardio and weight training. Hike, bike, IF, CiCo, vegetarian.

M/22/5’9” [297lbs > 195lbs = 102lbs] Face gains since January of this year. Also ran my FIRST ever sub 10” mile yesterday (did 2.0 at 9:44), then did another 2 at sub 9” today (8:35)! Dunno what my goal weight is, just doing this until I see my abs then I think I’m cycling to a brief bulk.

F/28/5'8" [240lbs > 199lbs = 41lbs] Weight loss progress!! These shorts were soooo tight on me but they were the only pants I could actually put on and I wasn’t going to buy more in a bigger size. These aren’t the same shorts but you can tell a big difference!!! 50 more lbs to go!
