About two months of OMAD. I’m 5’4” and started at 155, now I’m at 135. I have about 10 more pounds I’d like to lose, but I’m still feelin motivated!

My 6 month tranformation photo

F/24/5’3 [220>180] 40 lbs down! 55 to go! I have days where I feel AWFUL about myself and this week in particular has been really rough on my self image. But looking at pics like these shows me that I AM making progress, and gives me the strength I need to keep going!

F/22/5’7” [168 > 145 = 23 lbs] Almost to my goal weight and might actually wear this shirt in public some day!

F/20/5’5”[238>UNKNOWN=] Really trying to focus on gaining muscle this year 😊

F/28/172cm [105.8kg > 85kg = 20.8kg] (8 months) I'm starting to recognise some face changes now, but I can't believe how far I've come and I can easily see how much pain and self loathing I had/have for myself. I'm getting there slowly

F/22/5'11"[360lbs>288lbs=72 lbs] (13 months) Reflecting on where I started as I try to get out of this plateau. Long way to go but proud nonetheless :-)

Lost 118 pounds in 37 weeks. SW: 303 lbs, GW/CW: 185 pounds, Height: 5’11”. I stuck to 18/6 most days, tracked my CICO, and slowly went from a sedentary lifestyle to having intense workouts 5-6 days a week. The inspiring stories on this subreddit kept me motivated.

F/36/5'5" [258>192=66] 28 on left, 36 on right. I've failed 9 times. I tried again 9 times. Time 10 is the most successful and feels like it's going to stick. You're never too old, it's never too late, and it doesn't matter how many times you've tried and failed. Try again. You can do this ❤

SW: 173, CW 159.2, GW: 135. I finally made it under 160 since June. It’s been slow but I’m super excited about this milestone.

F/20/5’7 [185>145=40lbs] I’m really happy to be down 40 pounds since my graduation in 2018. I’ve hit a bit of a plateau lately, still eating very healthy, keeping a positive attitude and staying active.

This really works, not exactly sure of my start weight. I estimate between 250-270, but that doesn’t matter. I’m at a comfortable 175 today and have never felt better

F/31/5'2 [117 > 115 = -2lbs] (April 2018 vs. Feb 2020) Have shifted my focus from leaning down to bulking/building muscle recently. It's been a hard psychological shift, but it's amazing how good my body feels at the gym when I really FUEL it! :)
