M/22/5’7” [390lbs > 187lbs = 203lbs] Started with the doctor telling me I was pre diabetic, then started counting calories and doing cardio now we are here. My next step is getting my loose skin removed which is scheduled for January and I can hardly wait

F/24/5’4 [241 > 218 = 23lbs] Face gains! Please excuse crappy photos but I’m so motivated by these face changes. 9 weeks of CICO.

256 > 241 Down 15 lbs. Haven't lost anything since quarantine started. But haven't gained anything. Sometimes it's tough to see the scale stay the same, but then i remember, for not being able to work out, staying the same is better than I've done in years. It motivates me to continue my 16:8
