Do you all remember me? I posted almost 77 days ago it says on here. But I have not gave up 😤👌🏻 not sure how much weight separates these pictures but I’m finally being consistent and I feel great!

F/20/5’10 [236lbs > 211lbs = 25 lbs] 2 months! I know it isn’t a huge difference right now but I’m so proud of myself! A lot longer to go but I’m on the right track :)

F/23/5'11" [300lb > 160lb = 140lbs] I came across a photo at my highest weight. I was in denial of how heavy I was, 300lbs is only an estimate. I saw someone write about weight loss something that resonated deeply with me- it's not about the weight you lose, but the life that you gain. I'm grateful.

Well, this feels good. 28F, 5’9’’, don’t know my SW, CW or GW.

F/19/5’5”[152lbs>138lbs?=14lbs] It’s been a real STRUGGLE but if you want it bad enough, you’ll get it. A year difference. Still have my moments with BED. Change is possible.

52 Years Old Today. Will intermittent fast for the remainder of my life.

45F, 5’6”, 212-139lbs, -73lbs in 11 months. 4lbs to goal. It’s going so slow now but I’m determined to get there.

F/20/5'5" [204 - 168 = 36] lost just over 80 in total now. Paper-Towel-Effect is really great, I'm noticing every 5lbs now! This suit was too small.. Now it fits.. Can't wait for it to be too big hahah

M/27/5’9” [300lbs >203lbs=93lbs(44kgs)] 3 years. Was around 260 when I moved to New Zealand to play rugby and whilst here the weight just melted off! Diet and gym along with rugby worked wonders! Not done yet though looking to get to 185 before the year ends!

F/35/5"5/[249lbs>156lbs=83lbs] It's taken a few years to get here, due to being inconsistent with the calorie counting. But I feel a lot healthier now, and my husband doesn't have to worry about my health so much anymore!

Attempt #2 at a healthy breakfast! Oats, nuts and some (or maybe many) fruits in milk. Thoughts? https://ift.tt/2DjNoBG

F/28/5’6” [192 > 147 = 45 pounds] about 4 months difference. Seeing that pic made me wake up out of my fog of denial. I decided I didn’t want to spend the rest of my 20s insecure and hating what I saw in the mirror. Today, I feel incredible. 💜

31/F 5'4. March '20: 164 lbs to Today: 148.8. I've struggled for years to try to get under 150, it feels so good to finally achieve it! So motivated to keep it going.

My haul from the farmers markets. I try to eat almost all whole/non processed foods, but sometimes this can lead to food waste which I hate. Do you guys have any tips for using up veggies, fresh bread or herbs that are on their last legs? https://ift.tt/32Bf6SZ

M / 21 / 5’9 [220 lbs > 160 lbs = 60 lbs] thank you IF/OMAD
