It has taken me a while to develop better eating habits. This meal here is approx 450 calories. I am so thankful for IF for helping me make better choices. =)

F/26/5’2’’ [110lbs > 140lbs = 30lbs] weight gain. I was so unhappy with my body, I wanted to be as skinny as I could be. Never did I think I would want to be “strong”, because society never portrayed strong muscular women in the media growing up as beautiful.

F/35/5’8” [270lbs > 160lbs = 110lbs] (11 months) Turned 35 today, and I am the healthiest and strongest that I’ve ever been. Cheers to this being the year that I reach my fitness and health goals!

F/19/5’7” [330 > 190 = 140] I’ve struggled with weight my whole life, developing my first eating disorder at 8 years old. I’m not only thankful for my physical transformation, but more importantly being able to have a healthy relationship with food.

Hit a plateau but then looked at my face gains, fifty pounds down in 18 months...working toward another twenty in the next year

I’ve now been on my health/fitness journey for a year and a half! I’ve come so far. 18/6 with cheat days. I’ve only technically lost 15 lbs, but gained a lot of muscle with 4 days a week Pilates. Gone down a few sizes too!

F/19/5’5 [140 >156 = 16lb] few months between these pics. ready to cut down for the summer time !!

Just some simple face gains after 8 months of OMAD, Low Carb, and CICO. Still going strong!

F/31/5’8” [200>160=40lbs] 1 year weight loss progress. Very lax calorie counting and IF. Lots of cake, beer, and whataburger included. Aiming to lose 20more pounds and tone up this year

F/22/5'5" [176-187lbs> 123lbs = 53-64lbs] (9 months) This is the only before picture I have. I was bigger when I decide to take care of my health. If i have to guess i would say i start my journey around 80-85 kg. I was terrified of scales and I hated taking pics. Feeling healthy and confident now.

F/26/5’2” [222>177=45lbs] from august to now :)

F/48/5’5” [260lbs > 140lbs = 120lbs] SIPs surgery 2.5 years ago, a lot of exercise since, and now skin removal surgery (Abdominoplasty and Breast Lift w/ implants). Years in making, getting my head around if this was a lifestyle I wanted to pursue and maintain — put your own health and diet first!

F/27/5'5" [198>158=40lbs] (1 year between pics/9 months of concerted effort) The fact that I was able to do this by only watching what I ate makes me feel silly for waiting so long. Hoping to get into shape soon
