I am moving my official weigh/measure day to Mondays...happy to report another 0.4lbs down this week although waist stayed static. It was a very stressful week and I am so pleased I didn't stress eat myself into weight gain. Feelin' fine! 228.0lbs

I don't feel comfortable posting pictures of myself, but here's my 3 month progress. I'm down 24.9 kg or 54.8 lbs. Minimum of 18/6, no cheating. My app is spazing out ATM, hence the reason it's saying I've gained 3.1 kg.

F/24/5'2 [150>110=40 lbs] was feeling nervous to post but goddamit I'm proud of myself. I am 1 year sober! And 14 months accepting treatment for bipolar. Life is good. Glad I stuck around for it.

Some greetings from the shy one.. It feels so strange and great in the same time. I'm just so thankful and I'm almost done with obesity. Thank you all for your support and motivation, it means everything!
