F/30/5'4" [221lbs > 146lbs =76lbs] ~ 9 months I haven't looked back at pictures of myself since I started this journey july/August 2020. I quit drinking, moved to a place 8 hours away and started fresh. Last night I finally took a look back and couldn't believe the difference. I'm proud.
