Face gains after losing 155lbs! Been maintaining for a while, now building muscle.

F/29/5’7” [158lbs > 142lbs = 16lbs] so inspired by a lot of you!

M/20/6’0 [410 > 318 = 92lbs] (8 Months) Still can’t believe I am finally able to post a progress picture… Really proud of the work I put in this year, nothing left to do but continue this trend into 2022, “jobs not done yet”.

F/21/5'7" [130 > 120 lbs = 10 lbs] (8 months) Lost some weight but mostly toned up

down to 175!

F/26/5’10” [205>184=26 lbs] These pics are about 4 months apart. I noticed changes in my body before I did in my face, but this past month I’ve started to notice a difference in my face, overall I feel less puffy. Still have about 15-20 lbs I would like to lose, but excited about the progress!

F/34/5’6” [300>145=155lbs](6 years, started low carb then keto then what the heck, gastric bypass in March. Best decision I ever made.)

Daily Fasting Check-in!

F/21/5’5” [145 lbs > 120 lbs = 25 lbs] (4 months). This year was the most insecure I’ve ever felt about my body (I didn’t go out all summer because I hated how I looked in anything and everything). I decided to get up off my ass and get to work. I am the happiest & healthiest I’ve ever been.

F/42/5’6.5” [194lb > 144lb = 50lb] (One year) Calorie counting and tracking every day.

Lost 50 lbs finally back to my normal weight

F/28/5’11” [200 lb > 182 lb = 18 lb] (1.5 months) Decided to start the process for 2022 before the holidays instead of waiting for the New Year, and I’m so glad I did! So long, pandemic weight!

F/29/5’5 [384 > 180 = 204lbs] One year post op and I’m truly the happiest I’ve ever been. Still have a ways to go 💪🏼

What a difference a year makes. Jan 2021-Dec 2021, (SW 195, GW 170, CW 165)

F/32/5’7” [245>199=46 lbs] (2ish years) Long time lurker, never thought I’d have any significant amount of progress to post. All lost through better nutrition and having a job that is more physically demanding. I didn’t strictly count calories but I am more mindful of what I put in my body.

Does anyone regularly switch up their IF ratio? Like 16:8 one day, 20:4 the next, & so on?

December has been a complete stall.. at least I didn't gain anything over the Holidays

Just 3 weeks of IF (been losing weight for 6 months but first time on IF). There are 7 pounds of difference. It ain't much but I loved it. In a month I usually loss around 3 to 4 pounds, so losing almost double it's more than great.

F/26/5’10” [150lbs > 145lbs = 5lbs](2 years) booty🍑>butt🚫 Feel soooo proud right now! I love that I have been able to finally commit to something and stick with it. ☺️

F/22/5'3" [200lbs > 160lbs = 40lbs] (7 months) CICO and a lot of failing. I feel so proud of myself, I can't believe it. 💕

Daily Fasting Check-in!

F/27/5’6” [236 > 162 = 74 lbs] remembering how far I have come with a few side-by-sides! :)

F/30/5’8” [185 > 148 = 37] Who knew you could be in the best shape of your life after having two kids?

M/20/5'11" [310lbs > 209lbs = 101lbs] Christmas 2020 to Christmas 2021. Merry Christmas!

F/28/5'3 [240>120=120 lbs] (11 months) Well, I didn't think there'd be any pictures of me at my heaviest but Google photos came and proved me wrong. Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals.

IF 16/8 Nearly 2 months,Trousers falling down 😂

Daily Fasting Check-in!

Should I stop fasting

F/28/5’7” [242 > 201 = 41 lbs] Left photo: not my highest. Only had 1 kid at this point Right Photo: 6 months after my second kid/csection. I was feeling down about my latest stall but these made me realize my entire composition is changing. I’m very proud of myself.

M/39/5'9" [253lbs > 153lbs = 100lbs] 4 months. It’s abs for Christmas!

F/37/5’3” [178lbs>165lbs=13lbs] 6 months in. But I’ve lost 16.5 inches all over. I workout 4-5 days a week lifting weights. My weight constantly fluctuates so I’m not ‘losing’ the lbs but I’ve lost a decent amount of inches. That’s still progress right? Feeling down about the weight part.

The before picture popped up on my Google photos and reminded me how far I've come. 14.5 years between pictures

What are you proud of yourself for this year?

F/22/5'5" [265 > 175 = 90lbs] (1½ years) purchased these shorts a few years ago even though they didn't fit me then, because I thought hopefully one day they would. Today as I organized my closet I learned they are at least 2 sizes too big for me now 🤭
